Nashville, Tennessee offers a lot to do for visitors. For those that are traveling in an RV, there are some great places to stay that offer good accommodations and are close to the entertainment. These are 12 of the best RV and campsites in Nashville.

1. Clarksville RV Park

This park is good for those that want to see the city and relax. The area is pet friendly and there is a dog park on-site. The campsite has a pool and an entertainment area for those that want to relax. It is also located close to some downtown attractions including theatres and eateries. There are on-site amenities and there is plenty of room for the larger RVs.

2. Grand Ole RV Resort

There are full hookups for the RV. This park is family-friendly and pet friendly. There are restaurants within walking distance of this park or there are on sire dining facilities. This is family owned and operated so they go out of their way to care for the guests.

3. Fall Hollow RV Campground

This campground is great for those looking for a calm and peaceful getaway. There is a natural landscape and there are some great outdoor activities. It is located near the Elephant Sanctuary, the Tennessee National Raceway, and Jackson falls. There is plenty of room to relax in the outdoors and even do some fishing.

4. Anderson Road Campground

This park is located next to a lake. There are plenty of water activities and a swimming area. This campsite is located near many natural parks so a person can enjoy nature when they are visiting this area and need a break from the downtown action.

5. Natchez Trace RV Campground

This campground covers 830 acres. It is peaceful and a person can participate in many outdoor activities. It is close to the home of President James Polk that offers tours and Loretta Lynn’s Dude Ranch which is located in Hurricane Hills. When a person is not checking out the sites they can relax at this campground.

6. Nashville KOA Resort

This is one of the resorts that are near the heart of the city. It is great for those that want to be downtown yet still have plenty of room. A person can explore the downtown and all that makes Nashville unique and then head back to this retreat.

7. Texas T Campground

This campground is located close to all of the main attractions in Nashville. The park is located near the Grand Ole Opry and many shopping and dining centers. There is also golfing and other attractions located close by. This is one of the best places to stay and offers some beautiful scenery.

8. Safe Harbor RV Resort

This site has plenty to do but for those that want to explore the downtown, there is a shuttle that will take the guest. A person can enjoy life on the river and they can also check out the heart of Nashville from this park.

10. Nashville Shires Lakeside Resort

This site is on a lagoon and there are plenty of outdoor activities. There is a place to go down water slides and zip lines. There are also boats to be rented and plenty to do to enjoy the outdoors.

11. Pine Mountain RV Resort

This resort is close to Nashville but will offer a person some peace and quiet in the country. This will be able to enjoy the outdoors while still being close to the action.

12. The Fairground Nashville

This area has everything a person can want. There is plenty of entertainment and special events. A person can enjoy all of the action of the city and then some. This is one of the best campgrounds for those that want to be active and get the most out of the city.

These are some of the best RV parks in Nashville. They will allow a person access to the busy city while still enjoy some country life.
