Oregon has a very beautiful scenery that is spectacular for camping. The green valley, ocean shore, sandy beaches, and mountains covered in
snow. It is definitely a must-visit destination that will surely blow you away. Here are seven of the best camping spots in Oregon.

Tumalo State Park

The Tumalo State Park is around the Deschutes River and is perfect for yurts for rents, RV hook-ups, and Tent sites. The site is famous for the magnificent rainbow trout that appears at dusk and dawn. It offers a peaceful place to cool off away from civilization. Tumalo State Park located close to Mt. Bachelor for activities such as new sledding, snowboarding, and world-class skiing.

You can drive through the park after paying a small fee for a car pass and park at the Expo Center RV Park that is suitable for all sizes. The park is accommodative with shower and flush toilets.

Mt. Hood

The mountain boasts about 50 camping sites. Mt.Hood is preferable because of its diversity of scenic features and variety of activities to engage in such as; Miles of trails that are great for hiking and lakes for fishing, kayaking, and water skiing. In addition to that, the Mt. Hood highway has numerous bakeries, antiques, and museums that are great for visitors who prefer indoors activity. The mountain also hosts the worlds famous Timberline Lodge.

The lake is crystal clear with tall snow-capped mountains nearby. The lake offers great boat riding and fishing experience. There are a variety of activities to engage in around the lake such as horseback riding, mini golf, trail hikes, and go-karts.
